Saint Veronica Parish is one of 98 parishes in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Trenton, which consists of the counties of Burlington, Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean, in central New Jersey.

The parish was established in 1962 — in the Township of Howell (Monmouth County) — by the Most Reverend George W. Ahr, who served as the diocesan bishop of the Diocese of Trenton from 1950 to 1979.
